Window Cleaning

Window cleaning is our longest standing service we have provided for the Nashville area. Through many years of developing the most detailed and efficient methods to maximize the results and profit of our endeavors, we have settled on a formula that has set a template for success. We use all professional equipment including lamb's wool strip washers, squeegees, and scrapers, to name a few, in order to generate the most accurate results possible in the least amount of time. Residential

Our basic service includes a thorough washing of the glass, general scraping of debris when applicable, re-wetting of glass, then removal of all liquid and dirt with squeegees, trimming with dry towels, and general cleaning of window/door openings and sills. Of course, there may be conditions unsuitable for scraping of glass and we are well educated in the issues that have arisen with tempered and heat-treated glass in recent years. Also, more detailed peripheral work can be performed by request at additional charge (i.e. – screen cleaning, fan blades, bulb replacement, light fixture and mirror cleaning, etc.).

Often, our clients like to be contacted for repeat service visits and we comply with timely phone calls to set appointments in advance, so your event or time-frame can be considered. It is common for houses without storm windows to have windows cleaned early in Spring both inside and out and then again on the outside in the fall before the holidays. If budgetary restraints limit cleaning to once a year, perhaps late Spring or early Summer would provide the best results. Stormed houses, which are quite a bit more costly to clean, will commonly be done once a year to keep everything maintained nicely. We also offer discounts for the Winter-time months (Jan/Feb) when our residential business typically slows. Yes, we work year round and can perform our service in almost any temperature.

Commercial

Commercial window cleaning may include retail and wholesale storefronts and commercial buildings. We maintain a very meticulous “route” of storefront and commercial services on a biweekly basis. Often, our clients need their windows done every (2) weeks. We are capable of handling your needs as often or as seldom as you request in the areas of our commercial routes. We are always expanding our work area in order to have a presence throughout the entire greater Nashville area. Our prices are competitive but more importantly, we provide dependability. We pride ourselves in being at your location at the agreed time and will make every effort to be there when an emergency arises (additional charges may apply). The outside of the gutters, eaves and cornice as well as fascia are all given a grooming with this very popular service that not only removes cob webs and dirt, but mildew as well…all with gentle, bio-degradable citrus-based chemicals designed to slow the return of mold and mildew. This service works beautifully with our window cleaning service to present a “showroom finish” to your residence. Often times, streaking or stained gutters and aluminum siding can be restored to almost new!

Driveway walkway and patio cleaning (and sealing)
